1. The TV is a good size flatscreen with Comcast CableCard, but it is mounted way above the vanity near the ceiling in an awkward viewing position-- too bad because a simple swivel stantion would fix this.

2. This wasn't true of all the reception staff but you tend to remember the bad.

3. As protrayed on their website, the room is decorated in brown tones, which is not necessarily bad but in our case was actually dark, drab, shabby, and appeared to be decorated with a mindset towards hiding dirt rather than being appealing.
