1. It's a old hotel with old rooms, cordial reception, poor breakfast, slow wireless internet (free), but with a nice location and free parking (that's difficult in SF).

2. The rooms themselves were nice and tidy, although setting the appropriate shower temperature was a bit difficult, and the light switch to the bathroom was broken and you'd have to fiddle with it to turn it off.

3. difficult to know what to say, I must say I had read the reviews from earlier in the year before travelling, although they were written after I had booked 7 nights here, so I was a bit unsure as to what to expectWe knew it wasn`t going to be 5 star accommodation, but our rooms were faultless.

4. It was more difficult to get to the city centre (without a car) so we ended up in taxi`s (about $20).

5. This, along with their inaction when guests without handicapped placards parked in the handicapped spot, really made it difficult for my husband who needed to park close to the door because of his disability.
