2. The area can be noisy - we were on the 4th floor in the back, overlooking the mostly empty Anchorage plaza, so not bad there.

5. There are also various tour companies nearby that can take you anywhere you want -- the concierge at the desk is helpful for these things, Although the hotel Bistro only serves breakfast (it's not bad, but it could be better),there are many places to eat within the hotel area.

8. The room was on the 2nd floor facing Beach Street and I could hear loud drunk people walking by Fri & Sat night, but not that bad.
