One of the front desk clerk was curt and unfriendly when we were asking if we could deposit our bags early, enough to make me want to cancel my reservation, unfortunately I would have forfeited the fee for the first night so we just let it go (FYI at bay landing they let us leave our bulky luggage in their storage room while we explored the city)2.

2. during our stay we dealt with 5 different people at reception and they were all 5 either rude, unfriendly or absolutely bored, basically all in the wrong job.
