1. We prepaid so unfortunately were stuck with this hotel and for the price we paid it was ridiculous.

3. Would not stay here again unless revamped - unfortunately there are no Hampton Inns in the area which would have been our first choice.

One of the front desk clerk was curt and unfriendly when we were asking if we could deposit our bags early, enough to make me want to cancel my reservation, unfortunately I would have forfeited the fee for the first night so we just let it go (FYI at bay landing they let us leave our bulky luggage in their storage room while we explored the city)2.

5. Very friendly staff on check in - they organised my taxi to the airport for 6am (unfortunately this meant we missed out on the complimentary breakfast) but free tea & coffee was available 24 hours.

8. I`m not sure this establishment offers a good value for the rates charged, but San Francisco hotels (unfortunately) seem to be uniformly overpriced.

9. Nice clean rooms with two queen size beds, stayed on the 2nd floor so unfortunally no view, but this was possible if you pay extra.
