1. With the window open the breeze was very pleasant, street noises could be distracting if you're a light sleeper.

4. The rooms are dismally small ( i was given one the size of a closet and then changed to a slightly bigger one with more noise )and everything on a street side is rattled by garbage collectors in the morning wee hours.

5. I liked the rooms facing the front of the hotel- great views and much quieter than the ones on the corner- not sure why but the street noise is louder on the corners.

7. We needed to open the windows to get the room to a comfortable temperature and became aware of quite a bit of noise from outside, but no more than could be expected at the center of the city, and it quieted down a lot fairly early in the evening.
