1. There are some stores and a few restaurants in walking distance to nearby Hayes Street, although I did get some feedback from locals that the area could be a little 'sketchy' at times (we had no issues).

2. They put us in a room right next to the (small 4 person) elevator, which was a non-issue as well.

3. Room size not much of an issue with us since we're there to see things - the room is for sleeping so if that's all you need the hotel for, you'll be fine.

4. Tour bus for the town stops outside (Grey Line) which is good - only issue being the tour bus you have to go the full route, can not get offand go back the way you came, it is a circular route.
