4. The worst was fact that if you want to change something with your booking they will charge you a 'security deposit' even over 48 hours beforethe date.

5. Neighborhood borders on the Tenderloin and the streets get a little tricky (panhandlers, etc) but it`s not the worst I`ve seen.
