1. We stayed in a room with no bathroom, but didn't mind at all, facilities were real close and clean, no bad smells of any kind, no noises either.

2. Make sure that you ask for a room facing away from Jones Street when you check-in, otherwise you will be up all night due to the noise from traffic.

5. Also there was a lot of noise and since the rooms have no AC noise to neutralize the street sounds, sleeping was diffciult at times.
