1. Old, one TV with just 2 channels, dirty (blood in the sink), mirrors useless because of they are from 50 years ago.

5. + nice and friendly staff + free maps and tour guides + AVIS rent a car is within 3 min walking distance+ Union sqaure and cable car also within 5 min walking + good for somebody on budget - more like a hostel- shared bathroom - sink in the room was rusty and dirty - beds very soft - TV did not work.
