1. San Fran can be expensive so this is one of the cheapest it's among alot of things but the area is quite rough at night and can be through the day but mostly at night.

9. The hotel is pretty close to Union Square, but one potential negative for some people is that the location is kind of in the Tenderloin, so it might seem to be a bit of a rough neighborhood.
