1. unfortunately, had to call housekeeping again, to get new sheets as the one on the bed had a stain (gross), and the person they sent up didn't know how to put them on the bed so i helped.

2. unfortunately we were put in a room with handicap accommodations which are not all too comfortable for the average person (toilet too high, support rails in washroom and shower, bar in closet too low to hang dress and slacks.
