1. I was really surprised the shower curtain was dirty, the fridge was sticky with a beer in it ( I don't think that comes with the room) my pillows smelled terrible when I took them out of there cases they were yellow stains on all 6 pillows Gross.

2. I was also shocked that when I asked if they had a complimentary umbrella, which was old and dirty, they stated, if it's not returned I would be charged for a brand new one.

3. We were in a room on the 4th floor and the room looked quite dirty, in fact the toilet was dirty, with urine stains from previous occupants and dust on top of light fittings etc.
