1. The room is modern but dark; very clean (thank you), good modern shower; street noise and noise from hallways but we always travel with earplugs; TV remote a bit challenging; chairs in the room are uncomfortable, modern, wire/stainless steel.

6. Recently I stayed at the Clift Hotel across the street and it has the worst bathroom and the most uncomfortable bed not to mention the higher price and the staff.
