1. Clean, polite staff, quiet, free shuttle that rocked as far as we were concerned (lucky to ride with another couple who did the DC-in-a-day like we were and turned us on to the Hop-On Hop-Off tour buses from Union Station which the hotel shuttle got us to and from).
