1. Other negatives it is next to a busy highway and with only fast food joints (KFC and similar) you are stranded without a car and it is too far to go downtown for your dinner if you have come back in the afternoon.

2. Whilst no complaints about cleanliness and smartness of hotel, the distance from DC heart is a negative (i had to pay $18m to get here from downtown).

3. On the negative side, this hotel is located in an area that is not the greatest.

4. The trade-off was that we were not right in the city, but we did not find that to be a negative in that 1) We were walking distance from the National Arboretum (which is really worth a visit) and 2) the shuttles in to the city were frequent.
