Light is also an issue, as the room never got really dark: There's a thin shade, but no blackout curtains on the window, and the door to the hallway has gaps along the bottom and side so the hall light was always shining into the room (I tended to put a towel or the bathrobe on the floor to block the light).

10. Opening a window is an option, but then security is an issue since the windows open right onto a common airshaft, so anyone could crawl out of one window and right into an adjoining room if the window was left open.
