1. Cons - the beds were really uncomfortable/hard, did not receive my VIP passes for the night club as stated in my online reservations but was upgraded to a junior suite, the biggest con was the staff being just plain out rude.

5. When we first arrived we were surprised by the size of the room - it was very small with hardly any room to move if a suitcase is opened.

6. So I just cracked it slightly anyway and no pigeons flew in :) Also, on the first night I had hard pillows so I left a note on them the next AM asking for different softer ones and they were replaced with what I requested with mints on them to boot.

8. We used both during the night, but because the room was so tiny, the ceiling fan blew on our faces to the point of making it hard to sleep, so we would turn it off, only to have to turn it back on again 2 minutes later because it got super stuffy super fast.
