1. There is a key-guarded elevator that goes right up to our floor; unfortunately, it stopped working Tuesday night and the front desk had no idea until I told them Weds morning, and it still wasn't working Thurs morning, so that's why only four stars for overall.

3. Apart from an unfortunate mistake when we arrived, when we were given the key to a room which was already occupied - and the desk clerk didn`t seem too concerned when we went back down to reception - everything was good - plenty of space in the room, a nice bathroom and plenty of towels, soap, coffee etc, and a very useful garage.
