5. We stayed in a room overlooking the side street (Steiner), but it was still close to Lombard St and if you are a light sleeper, it will be a problem.

8. Comfy beds, great views out the windows if you take Lombard side--but be wary, the street is busy and noise may be a problem if you are a light sleeper.
