5. Old tube tv (with broken knobs & buttons)in the bedroomthat could only manage a greenish tinged picture.

6. The metal-framed single-glazed windows have broken catches (I saw 3 rooms whilst there - they all had broken window catches) and of course do little to keep out traffic noise.
