5. My only complaint was that there was a cockroach on the bed one day but as the room was otherwise very clean and it was only the one we saw it may well have 'come in' on someone/something rather than 'living' there.

8. Only complaint would be - when are the flat screen TVs coming? The current old style ones are screwed into the wall and not ideal for viewing in bed.
