3. I stayed on a street room and the upside was you are right nest to metro and the down side is you are right next to metro , the train is SUPER loud I can sleep through anything but if your bothered by noise don't stay in their street rooms .

7. About the only potential downside I could see (which doesn`t bother me, but might some people) is the sound of the streetcar going by at night, but it`s really not loud, and it doesn`t run all night.
