1. As previous reviews stated the parking is tight at this hotel, but we unloaded our luggage easily and went to our room which was a two room suite on the Broadway side, this was a little noisy but ear plugs helped and you are in a city so you have to expect some noise.

2. The only complaint was that, for a change, SF was HOT and if we left our windows open, there were some noisy neighbors, but the hotel cannot control that.
