3. Our flight from Houston was delayed by three hours so when we got to the Castle, we had 30 minutes to check in and make it to our Alcatraz tour -- Varsa immediately worked with me to check us in while another Castle employee (I`m sorry that I didn`t catch his name) explained to my husband how to get to the tour and answered all his questions.

4. We were flying from Ireland and because of a delay in Atlanta were going to arrive at the Castle Inn at 1am, instead of the pre arranged 8pm.
