2. The only negative is a small one: they need to invest in some bowed shower rods so that the curtain doesn't stick to you when showering.

For me, the location had positives and negatives, it's a couple of blocks up from the Tenderloin district which is dodgy, this means that some streets around the hotel have lots of homeless - this isn't uncommon in San Francisco, the place is full of homeless - most of whom appear to be borderline mental.
