1. Since it is a boutique hotel in the heart of San Francisco, the building is quite old and it may cause some little problem (ex the sink gets always flooded) but these are very small issues compared to the great advantages this Hotel offers.

3. The only small issue I had with the hotel was that whatever cleaner they used left a smell behind, which made the place smell kinda like a hospital.

5. We actually had some plumbing issues and had to retrieve a plunger from the front desk a couple of times and that would NOT deter us from booking again.

8. Our only other issue was with noise late into the night from a nightclub on the Saturday of our stay, but the previous 3 nights had been fine and a bit of noise is to be expected in any city centre location.
