1. The hotels I typically stay at in San Francisco were either booked or too expensive for my last trip so I ended up here, and I wasn't disappointed.

8. We were somewhat disappointed with the location but that was our choice so cannot blame the hotel for that, but to visit a nearby drug store and have to ask an assistant to unlock a shelf so we could buy some shower gel was very disconcerting.
