2. I didn't bother to complain or try to switch rooms because we checked in late, and I assumed based on the overcrowded parking lot there were none to be had due to the race.

4. Rather than trying to counter every negative review that comes up about this hotel, or trying to insinuate that each complaining guest has got to be the exception to the rule, the owners need to admit the pattern and fix the place up.
