1. To their credit, the Ramada refunded our entire cost, but it sure put a damper on the trip and we had to replace some of my daughter's items for fear of transferring the bugs to her dorm.

2. I assume this was from different bugs since the crawler didn't look like the sort of bug that bit people - it just looked creepy.

3. Wait? So I'm supposed to thank you for not getting the room I ordered which then allows me to have an amenity your site claims (or at least misleadingly implies when it says 'Free wireless internet') is available throughout your hotel?* On the second night I found a bug under my pillow the size of my thumb.

4. Saturday 10/23/2010 to Sunday 10/24/2010 My family was in town for the weekend, and I was bitten about 14 times in this period, we found larvae/young bug on my father's back.
