3. I firmly believe that you shouldn`t judge the quality of a hotel based on interaction with one or two staff, but many of the staff were unwelcoming and treated guests as if they were a hassle.

5. I, on the other hand, am the leisure traveler who comes into Chicago from the Barbs & wants to take advantage of a hotel stay so I can get the most out of what the City has to offer without worrying about having a car to pay parking and hassle of the commute.
