1. Check yourself in, find your own damned iron and ironing board in the closet down the hall (good luck btw - if they are there they are broken and stained, respectively).

The staff at the front desk was unhelpful and generally incompetent, the hotel ran out of pillows, our requests were not accommodated, all promises made to us were broken, and the reservationists and corporate office people were almost impossible to contact and offered only more empty promises and no solutions.

7. Negatives include the workout room (one of two treadmills was broken, as was the air conditioning -- it was not hot outside, but the exercise room was stifling) and the elevator key swipe receptor on one of the 2 elevators (took 5-10 swipes to get it to work).
