1. We stayed on the top floor facing the street (Diversey) and it was a bit noisy with sirens going up and down all the time; it didn't disturb us however if you are a light sleeper you might have an issue.

3. The health club issue is a major one for me as I feel I was misled and they don't care at all.

4. We were checked into an accessible room which was a little weird but not an issue, there is just a very large bathroom with 2 showers - I've just never had it happen before when there are other rooms available.
