1. The hotel is an old building that seems to have been restored, but maintains the labyrinthe hallways that are ill-marked and make finding your room for the first time difficult - especially if you decide to carry your own luggage, as we did.

5. It is a little far away from both O'Hare and the downtown "Loop" area, which made for things somewhat difficult logistically if you are planning on doing anything downtown or are traveling from the airport on a budget.

The hotel is in a nice area with a bus stop to Magnificant Mile only 4 blocks away, however, the Diversey EL station is closed for the next year (it was only 2 blocks away) making the next closest station a bit of a distance away (7+ blocks) so traveling the EL is somewhat difficult from this hotel.
