-Not right on Michigan Ave, so the rooms are buffered from street
noise
, make them very quiet.

The building was situated so that you got very little street
noise
, at least from my room 1108.

I recommend choosing a high flooor facing the back to avoid the almost nonexistent street
noise
- you can open the window slides and enjoy a good nights rest without recycled aircon air.

We were a bit concerned that the bed backed up to the elevator, but we did not hear any
noise
at all through the wall.

I have to admit, though, there was no
noise
from the elevator - probably because everyone else had rooms on the higher floors.

I was quite glad to be able to shut this out when I closed the suite door - and it is fair to say that internal
noise
was never a problem despite the large number of families present.

The only complaint I would have is my room faced Walton and I could hear alot of the street
noise
and rowdy folks out front, but no big deal.
"Good Location. Good Value with a Little Research. "
