One woman on the staff turned away one poor guest who came down for breakfast slightly later than 9:30 (he came down at 9:35 according to my phone, but apparently was 10 minutes late if you go by the 'official' clock by the reception desk), and then she immediately turned around and started urgently dumping the trays of danish and muffins in the trash.

2. And you'll probably wait awhile for the elevator and don't plan on taking the stairs to the lobby because they dump you outside of the hotel.
