2. To me, this was like the sad icing on the cake of disappointment that was Casulo: everything has run down into terrible disrepair, and they couldn't even maintain a reasonable printer.

3. next morning, was told the oven was broken and nothing to eat (there are so many solutions to this problem, I can't believe it was just a sad cook telling me the sad news).
