I never write a
bad
review but our stay was ok and comfy but the breakfast was lacking in a HUGE way.

We were left with a muggy feeling in the room, and we live in Houston with 100% humidity so if we noticed it had to be
bad
.

I read the few less than ideal reviews and all I can think is they stayed at a different hotel or had a one-off
bad
experience.

That's not necessarily a
bad
thing of itself, but it was a little weird.

The Casulo is a nice hotel, but in a
bad
location - you need a car to stay here and it is right off the freeway, which was CLOSED when we stayed here (major pain getting to and from the hotel ALL weekend.

Casulo could've been named Ikea Hotel or at least it appears to be decorated from Ikea, which is ok but please replace your blown out light fixtures because walking in w/only half working gives a very
bad
impression.

I felt
bad
for having to ask the desk clerk for everything because clearly whoever was in charge of breakfast didn't have it under control.
