2. I ask a billion and one questions, changed my reservation when i found a better deal (via priceline), ended up upgrading our room, asked lots of questions about bed bugs, asked where to eat, addresses, etc.

3. We (family of 2 adults & 2 children) visited Austin and decided to stay here primarily after reading the reviews and confirming there were no reports of bed bugs.
