4. The top of the desk was buckling [moisture?], the bathroom floor was stained [permanent? I didn't overly explore the marks]This property had no Westin personality.

My husband saw stains around the bath sink and there were a few cup stains on one of the dressers I telephoned the front desk and they offered to change the room, and I said no as it was late in the evening and we were only staying one night, so she offered to send someone up to clean the room but I was so tired and said no, so she said she would give us complentry breakfast.
