The good: easy check-in, nice bed and clean linens, nice bathroom, room did have flat screen tv (many people expressed their concern about old tvs in other reviews), free internet due to husband's SPG status, plenty of free parking, shuttle service (didn't use but it looked nice)The bad: took three requests (and several hours) to get extra towels, pool area seemed rickety and forgotten, noisy neighbors at 1:00 AM, internet was slow (don't pay for it unless you have to)I can't really attribute any of the bad things to the hotel management though, besides maybe the pool (but it is a business hotel).
