1. We were advised to call and switch rooms around noon the next day and we were able to switch to a double bed room without issue.

7. Of course, the AC had not been running, the room was hot, smelled like it was recently sprayed for insects; we were unable to sleep for a long while; an issue when I had to get up by 6:00 AM for a very important customer meeting.

8. Here is my email to the GM:Bob: Very rarely do I forward my concerns about a hotel to the GM, but in this case I thought you should be aware of the issues with your property.

9. While our stay was without any issues, I would have to say that the rooms all by themselves make this property not worthy of the Westin name.
