1. It continues into your room, I think the modern soft lighting is set so poorly so you can't see the stained, chipped, torn furniture, like I said 2 star.

5. While I am a Platinum member of the Starwood Hotels and get particularly great treatment, I have never known any other hotel that bakes me chocolate chip cookies on arrival, makes sure I have the right number of pillows, hangers, electric outlets, water and lightning (their rooms can normally be a little too dark for me).

6. The carpet had small stains, the rooms hadn`t changed in at least 3 years, and the bar that we love (BLue Fin ) which has a great corner view jutting out onto Times Square and all enclosed in glass needs to replace the chipped glass chair stools.
