1. If this was an upgrade, I can only assume that the original room allocated would have been bordering shabby.

10. Good location but that's where it ends - as two non smokers we were told the only available room was a smoking room - we took it as we had no option and had a great view of the Chrysler building but the room stank of stale tobacco, was dark and shabby.
