9. The rooms are a good size (especially for NYC) and the elevators are fast but my room was not as clean as I would have liked it (coffee stains on bathroom door trim and wall, dirt behind night stand, dried blood stain on sheets), and my room had no pen or paper or 'do not disturb' sign.

10. toilet broke and flooded bathroom in middle of night and we had to move rooms, hotel was quick to get someone upstairs to deal with it and move our bags but new room wasn't any better and we have not been compensated in any way for the disturbance.
