1. This hotel is right across the street from Good Morning America and the crowd can get a little loud in the morning.

My room although very spacious and clean was on the 16th floor and the plumbing and air conditioning noise was so loud that without ear plugs I wouldnt have been able to sleep and although we had booked 3 non smoking rooms my brother was put in a smoking room on the 29th floor which smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

6. Aircon is the older type noisy but not loud and the room was musty and soon warmed up if the aircon off.

9. teven when there was a very annoying 'Gentleman' in the bar being very loud, the barman quitely said that it would be best to sit in the Lounge Area so not to be harrassed, we even had a free drink the next night from him.
