1. At the moment the hotel is undergoing renovation and this was a big negative.

3. I would only give 1 negative and that is all the goodies and toiletries in room are priced up it would have been noce get a few bits free like other hotels iv stayed in.

7. The negatives - well the sound proofing wasn`t up to much - we could hear the televisions on in other rooms and conversations in the hallway, so take some ear plugs.

10. The only negative I would say having being a patron of the Roger Williams for a couple of years is the continental breakfast on the Mezzanine levelwhich if being honest is a rip-off price wise so I would advise you to get your breakfast outside the hotel itself.
