4. To explain best is because it's near a lot of places like time square but worst because the actual street is scary walking after dark because of the bars.

6. Best is because I was about a 2 min walk to timesquare and worst thing is because the actual street the hotel is on has a lot of bars and can be scary to walk down after Dark.
