1. We had a faulty safe in our room and we were moved to a nearby room without any problem.

2. the hotel is very clean, free and good wifi accessall over, free calls in the usa, very nice and helpful stuff, we needed to do late check out and it wasn't a problem, you can also leave your bags in the luggage room.

3. rooms are small me and my husband 2 kids we stayed on the 8th floor lift never a problem for us breakfast was ok to start you off the staff was nice no problems.

Good clean rooms yes a little small for 4 people but it was clean which is more important bed,s are comfortable ,bathrooms clean staff friendley,lift was never a problem and breakfast was ok just 20 seconds to times square would I stay there again yes I would not a bad price compared to other hotels in times square thank u very much for makeing our stay trouble free Belinda Liam england Q.

10. Secondly, the elevator must be the slowest I have ever encountered and so often frequently decided to take the stairs, again this is not a significant problem but it may slow some people with lots of luggage.
