1. Our rates were pricier than I would have liked, but unfortunately we chose to come to Philly the same weekend as Penn graduation.

2. ) We ended up staying on the 9th floor facing Arch St, but unfortunately we did not have a full view of the park across the street as there was a gutter/railing in front of our windows.

3. When we checked in to our room, we found that BOTH beds had been broken (unfortunately it seems that it may have been due to an exciting Valentine's Day weekend just before we stayed).
